PREAMBLE:
ThisAgreementismadeandenteredintobytheShipperandtheReceiverinrespectofthetransportationofgoodsfromtheportoforigintotheportofdestinationasspecifiedbelow,inaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsstipulatedbelow.
Article1:ContractScope
1.1ThisContractcoversthetransportationofgoodslistedinAppendixA,fromtheportoforigintotheportofdestination.
1.2Thetypeandquantityofgoodstobetransportedmaybeadjustedmutuallybetweentheparties.
Article2:ShippingDatesandRoutes
2.1Thegoodsshallbeshippedduringtheperiodfrom[StartDate]to[EndDate].
2.2Therouteoftransportationshallbevia[RouteDetails].Anychangestotheroutemustbemutuallyagreedbybothparties.
Article3:PricesandPayment
3.1Thetotalcostoftransportationshallbe[Amount]payablebytheReceivertotheShipper.
3.2Paymentshallbemadeinfullpriortoshipment.DetailsofpaymentshallbeasspecifiedinAppendixB.
Article4:DeliveryandReceiptofGoods
4.1TheShippershallloadthegoodsontothecarrieraspertheagreedschedule.
4.2TheReceivershalltakedeliveryofthegoodsattheportofdestinationasperArticle2,andshallinspectforanydamagesorloss.Anydiscrepanciesmustbereportedwithinthreedaysofreceipt.
Article5:CarriageandInsurance
5.1TheriskoflossordamagetothegoodsduringtransportationshallbebornebytheShipperuntildeliverytotheReceiverattheportofdestination.
5.2TheShippershallprocureadequateinsuranceforthegoodsduringtransit.Detailsofinsurancecoverageshallbespecifiedin
