I.Scope
ThisprocedureisappliedtotherotatingequipmentinstallationofMMDIprojectofBayerPolyurethane(Shanghai)Co.Ltd.,Shanghai,P.R.C.
Therotatingequipmentofthisprojectmainlycontainspumps,fansaswellasmixer.

III.MainPreparationsbeforeWork
3.1Theconstructiondrawingsshallbeacquaintedandcheckedwhetherspecialprocessrequirementexists.
3.2Thequalificationcertificates,installationguideandrelatedinspectionrecordingshallbechecked.
3.3Manpowershallbemobilizedandthetechnicalclarificationshallbeorganized
3.4Theworkapparatusshallbewellprepared.
3.5Theworkplanshallbemadetoorganizeliftingandtransportationequipment.
IV.FoundationInspection
4.1.Thefoundationshallbehanded-overwithmeasuredrecordingsincludingelevation,dimension,centerlocation,andothersaswellasthetechnicaldocuments.
4.2.Foundationre-check：
4.2.1Visualinspectionshallbemadetoensurenoexistenceofdefectssuchascracks,gaps,orificesorrebarextrusion,etc.
4.2.2Thedeviationoffoundationcenter,elevation,levelnessshallbeallowable.
4.2.3Theembeddedpiecesandpreformedholesofanchorboltsshallbeinaccordancewithdesignrequirement.
4.3.Theallowabledeviationofthesizeandlocationforequipmentfoundationshallbeasfollows:
