饲粮添加碳酸氢钠对蛋鸡生产性能和血液学指标的影响

【摘要】Thisstudywasconductedtoinvestigatetheeffectsofdietary
NaHCO3onperformance,hematologi-calindices,serumbiochemical
parametersandbloodgasindicesoflayinghens,andtoidentifythesafe
doserangeofsodiumbicarbonate(NaHCO3)inthedietsoflayinghens.
Ninehundred21-week-oldHy-Linebrownlayinghenswererandomly
assignedto5groupswith6replicatespergroupand30birdsperreplicate.
Layinghenswerefedabasaldietwith0(controlgroup),1,5,25and50
g/kgNaHCO3for10weeks,respectively.Theresultsshowedasfollows:
theperformanceoflayinghenswasnotinfluencedbydietaryNaHCO3
supplementallevelat≤5g/kg(P0.05),butthelayingrate,eggmass,
feedintake,andaverageeggweightweresignificantlyreduced(P0.05
orP0.01)andtheratioofbrokenandsofteggswassignificantly
increased(P0.05)bydietaryNaHCO3supplementallevelat≥25g/kg
NaHC03.Inaddition,theconcentrationsofHCO-3andtotalCO2,partial
pressureofCO2,baseexcess,andpHinbloodoflayinghenswere
increasedwithincreasingNaHCO3supplementallevel,andsignificantly
higherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P0.05orP0.01)exceptthat1
g/kgNaHCO3didnotaffectpHandpartialpressureofCO2(P0.05).
Moreover,thesupplementationofNaHCO3didnotaffectthenumberof
redbloodcellsandwhitebloodcells,theactivitiesofalkalinephosphatase,
glutamic-oxaloacetictransaminaseandglutamic-pyruvictransaminaseand
theconcentrationsoftotalprotein,albumin,totalbilirubininserumof
layinghens(P0.05).However,bloodhematocritandtheconcentrations
ofhemoglobininblood,creatinineanduseanitrogeninserum(P0.05
orP0.01)weremarkedlyincreasedandtheconcentrationofblood
glucoseinserum(P0.05)wasalsosignificantlydecreasedbythe
supplementationof25to50g/kgNaHCO3.Furthermore,thenumberof
platelet
