acontrolledandtargetedmanner,healthcareprofessionalscan

2.TechniquesofPhysicalFactorTherapy:
a.Heattherapy:Theapplicationofheatcanincreasebloodflow,
relaxmuscles,andpromotetissuehealing.Techniquesinclude

b.Coldtherapy:Coldapplicationreducesinflammation,numbs
pain,anddecreasesbloodflow.Coldpacks,icemassages,and
cryotherapyarecommontechniques.
c.Electricalstimulation:Electricalcurrentsareusedto
stimulatenervesandmuscles,providingpainrelief,muscle
