Article6:ForceMajeure
6.1Neitherpartyshallbeliableforfailuretoperformduetoforcemajeureeventssuchaswar,riots,naturaldisasters,etc.
Article7:LiabilitiesandClaims
7.1AnyclaimsordisputesarisingoutofthisContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweentheparties.
7.2Ifanyclaimsarenotsettledthroughnegotiation,theyshallbereferredtoarbitrationinaccordancewiththelawsof[Country].
