【摘要】目的：探讨在妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中实施优质护理的效果。方法：选取我院收治的妊娠高血压综合征产妇48例，选取时间为2016年1月到2017年5月。按照随机数字表法将其均分2组，各24例。对参照组实施常规护理，对实验组采取优质护理。分析2组新生儿体质量、Apgar评分、产后出血情况等。结果：实验组产妇产后2h和24h的出血量相比于参照组较少，组间对比差异性显著（p＜0.05）；实验组新生儿体质量、Apgar评分与参照组相比较高，组间差异性明显（p＜0.05）。结论：对妊娠高血压综合征产妇实施优质护理，良好的控制了产后出血量，提高新生儿的体质量。

Objective:Toinvestigatetheeffectofhighqualitynursinginthenursingofpuerperalhemorrhageinpregnantwomenwithpregnancyinducedhypertension.Methods:48casesofpregnantwomenwithpregnancyinducedhypertensionwereselectedinourhospital.ThetimewasselectedfromJanuary2016toMay2017.Itwaspidedinto2groupsaccordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,eachwith24cases.Theroutinenursingwascarriedoutinthereferencegroupandthehighqualitynursingwastakentotheexperimentalgroup.Thebodymass,Apgarscoreandpostpartumhemorrhageinthe2groupswereanalyzed.Results:theamountof2Hand24hbleedingintheexperimentalgroupwaslessthanthatinthereferencegroup.Therewasasignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups(P0.05).ThebodyweightandApgarscoreoftheexperimentalgroupwerehigherthanthoseofthereferencegroup,andtherewasasignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups(P0.05).Conclusion:thehighqualitynursingofpregnantwomenwithpregnancyinducedhypertensionhasgoodcontroloftheamountofpostpartumhemorrhageandtheimprovementofthebodyqualityofthenewborns.
