医护一体化护理模式对提高禁食疗法患者健康教育满意度效果观察

【摘要】目的:探讨医护一体健康教育模式在禁食疗法患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我科2015年1月～2016年12月收治的禁食疗法患者94例作为研究对象，2015年1～12月收治39例患者为对照组，2016年1～12收治55例患者为观察组，对照组采用常规护理模式进行健康宣教，观察组采用医护一体化护理模式。比较两组患者在禁食疗法结束后健康教育满意度和健康知识掌握情况。结果:观察组患者满意度为96.4％，健康教育知识及格率为92.7％，对照组患者满意度为84.6％，健康教育知识及格率为76.9％，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:影响健康教育效果的因素包括护士因素与患者因素，其中护理人员知识水平直接关系健康教育效果．采用医护一体化护理模式，将护士与医生共同协作工作，提高护理知识层面、沟通技巧、健康宣教意识，对提高健康教育满意度效果有重要意义。

【abstract】Objective:toexploretheeffectofhealthcareintegratedhealtheducationinpatientswithfastingtherapy.Methods:selectourdepartmentfromJanuary2015toDecember2015were94patientswithfastingtherapyastheresearchobject,JanuarytoDecember2015were39casesascontrolgroup,JanuarytoDecember2016were55casesofpatientsasobservationgroup,controlgroupusingconventionalhealtheducation,nursingmodeobservergroupadoptsthemodelofintegrationofmedicalcare.Comparetwogroupsofpatientswithhealthyeducationsatisfactionandhealthknowledgeattheendofthefastingtherapy.Results:theobservationgroupofpatientssatisfactionwas96.4%,thehealtheducationknowledgepassratewas92.7%,controlgrouppatientssatisfactionwas84.6%,thehealtheducationknowledgepassratewas76.9%,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Conclusion:thefactorsinfluencingthehealtheducationeffectfactorsincludethenurseandpatientfactors,includingnursingknowledgeleveldirectlyrelatedtothehealtheducationeffect.Adoptsthemodelofintegrationofmedicalcare,thenursesanddoctorsworktogethertowork,improvenursingknowledgelevel,communicationskills,healtheducationconsciousness,hasimportantsignificancetoimprovetheeffectofhealtheducationdegreeofsatisfaction.
