优质护理服务理念在手术室护理管理中的应用效果

[摘要]目的：分析优质护理服务理念在手术室护理管理中的应用价值。方法：选择2018年6月～2019年10月期间于我院手术室行手术治疗患者100例。随机分为常规组（n=50）与护理组（n=50）。常规组患者仅进行手术室常规护理，护理组患者在常规组基础上执行优质护理服务。观察优质护理开展前后护理人员综合考核评分及医生满意评分，比较分析两组护理满意度。结果：优质护理开展后，手术室护理人员的综合考核得分及医生满意评分均显著优于开展前（P＜0.05）。结论：优质护理服务理念应用于手术室护理管理可显著提升手术室护理人员的综合素质，提升手术医师、患者满意度，值得推广。

[abstract]objective:toanalyzetheapplicationvalueofhigh-qualitynursingserviceconceptinoperatingroomnursingmanagement.Methods:100patientswereselectedforsurgicaltreatmentintheoperatingroomofourhospitalfromJune2018toOctober2019.Theywererandomlypidedintotheconventionalgroup(n=50)andthenursinggroup(n=50).Patientsintheconventionalgrouponlyreceivedroutinenursingintheoperatingroom,whilepatientsinthenursinggroupperformedhigh-qualitynursingservicesonthebasisoftheconventionalgroup.Observethenursingstaffcomprehensiveassessmentscoreanddoctorsatisfactionscorebeforeandaftertheimplementationofqualitynursing,compareandanalyzethenursingsatisfactionofthetwogroups.Results:aftertheimplementationofqualitynursing,thescoresofcomprehensiveassessmentanddoctorssatisfactionofoperatingroomnursesweresignificantlybetterthanthosebeforetheimplementation(P0.05).Conclusion:theapplicationoftheconceptofhigh-qualitynursingserviceintheoperatingroomnursingmanagementcansignificantlyimprovethecomprehensivequalityofoperatingroomnursingstaff,improvethesatisfactionofsurgeonsandpatients,andisworthpromoting.

在手术室护理管理之中，严格提升护理质量及护理水平，是保障手术成功、患者康复、手术室正常运作的先决条件[1]。为此，我院近年来积极探寻全新的手术室护理管理路子，将优质护理服务理念引入手术室护理管理的各个环节中，效果满意，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

本次研究已报请我院伦理委员会及护理部备案审批，并得以实施开展。所纳入病例选自2018年6月～2019年10月期间于我院手术室行手术治疗患者100例。
