【摘要】目的：探究中药鼻饲联合芒硝外敷治疗重症急性胰腺炎的护理方法及效果。方法：选取我院在2016年1月--2017年12月收治的90例重症急性胰腺炎患者，采用抽签法将其分为实验组与参照组，各45例，两组患者均予以中药鼻饲联合芒硝外敷治疗，对参照组患者施以常规护理方案，对实验组患者施以针对性护理模式，较比两组患者的病情好转时间及护理满意度。结果：实验组患者的腹痛腹胀缓解时间、首次排便时间、腹腔压力开始下降时间均快于参照组，住院时间对比参照组更短；实验组的护理满意度明显高于参照组（97.78%84.44%）,组间比较P0.05。结论：为重症急性胰腺炎患者采用中药鼻饲联合芒硝外敷疗法，同时予以针对性护理措施，对促进病情好转、提高患者满意度具有积极帮助，值得推广。

[abstract]objective:toexplorethenursingmethodandeffectoftraditionalChinesemedicinenasalfeedingcombinedwithmirabilitetotreatsevereacutepancreatitis.Selectionmethods:ourhospitalinJanuary2016-December201790casesofsevereacutepancreatitispatients,byusingthemethodtodrawwaspidedintoexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroup,45cases,twogroupsofpatientsweregivenasogastricjointofglauberssalttopicaltreatment,thecontrolgrouppatientswithroutinenursingplan,intheexperimentalgrouppatientswithpertinencenursingmode,overtwogroupsofpatientsgetbettertimeandnursingsatisfaction.Results:intheexperimentalgroup,thetimeofabdominaldistensionandabdominaldistension,thefirsttimetodefecate,andtheabdominalpressurebegantodecreasefasterthanthecontrolgroup,andthehospitaltimewasshorterthanthereferencegroup.Thenursingsatisfactionoftheexperimentalgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthereferencegroup(97.78%BBB0.84.44%),andthecomparisonbetweengroupswasP0.05.Conclusion:forpatientswithsevereacutepancreatitisusingtraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)nasogastricjointmirabilitetopicaltherapy,atthesametimegivecorrespondingnursingmeasures,topromoteimprovedsymptoms,improvepatientsatisfactionhasapositivehelp,isworthpromoting.
