优质护理在小儿腹泻住院临床护理中的应用

【摘要】目的：对比腹泻住院患儿分别实施常规护理、优质护理的有效性。方法：随机选择我院2014年12月~2016年12月到儿科接受住院治疗的腹泻患儿104例作为研究对象，分成观察组与对照组，对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组在对照组护理基础上实施优质护理干预，对比观察组与对照组患儿护理有效率以及临床症状改善情况。结果：观察组、对照组护理有效率分别为96.15%、78.84%，观察组护理有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；相对于对照组来说，观察组组粪便化验正常时间、粪便症状正常时间、排便次数正常时间、退热时间等改善得较为快（P＜0.05）。结论：相对于常规护理来说，腹泻患儿临床护理中应用优质护理进行干预，可获得更为明显的效果，值得全面推广应用。
