优质护理在微创治疗肝内外胆管结石术中的应用价值分析

【摘要】目的分析优质护理干预在行微创治疗肝内胆管结石术患者中的应用价值。方法将2015.1-2016.12月间于我院采取微创治疗肝内外胆管结石的98例患者按照入院先后顺序分为两组，其中2015年12月前共接收49例患者，给予围术期常规护理，纳入对照组；将2015年12月后接收的49例患者纳入观察组，在对照组常规护理的基础中融入优质护理。比较两种护理措施对手术效果及患者术后恢复的影响。结果对比两组术中情况发现，观察组无论在手术时间、术中出血量，还是术后疼痛程度、满意度评价以及住院时间上均优于对照组，差异对比显著，符合统计学判断标准，P＜0.05。结论为微创治疗肝内外胆管结石的患者提供优质护理效果显著，促进其术后机体恢复时间，缩短住院时间，减少经济费用，是值得推广应用的护理方案。
