基于JAVA的高校毕业生就业信息管理系统是一款专为高校、毕业生及企业设计的综合性管理平台。系统采用JAVA语言开发，以其跨平台和高效能的特性，确保了系统的稳定运行和良好的用户体验。管理员拥有最高权限，能够对就业管理员、学生及企业的信息进行全方位管理。就业管理员则负责岗位类型、招聘信息以及简历投递等流程的管理，保障了招聘流程的顺畅和有效。企业用户通过系统发布招聘信息、管理收到的简历，并组织面试流程。学生用户可管理个人资料、投递简历、接收面试邀请并查看面试结果，为他们的就业之路提供便利和支持。整个系统界面友好、操作简便，极大地促进了高校毕业生的就业率和企业的招聘效率。

系统结合Mysql数据库管理系统对高校毕业生就业信息进行管理。按照软件工程学理论完成各阶段设计，经过调试测试达到了管理高校毕业生就业信息的能力。满足了管理员、就业管理员、企业和学生的需要。论文从系统开发过程概述、开发工具简介、系统总体设计、系统开发、软件测试等几个方面进行了介绍。最后总结了系统开发的得失。

TheemploymentinformationmanagementsystemforcollegegraduatesbasedonJAVAisacomprehensivemanagementplatformdesignedforcolleges,graduatesandenterprises.ThesystemusesJAVAlanguagedevelopment,withitscross-platformandhighperformancecharacteristics,toensurethestableoperationofthesystemandgooduserexperience.Theadministratorhasthehighestauthorityandcanmanagetheinformationofemploymentadministrators,studentsandenterprisesinanall-roundway.Theemploymentadministratorisresponsibleforthemanagementofjobtypes,recruitmentinformationandresumedeliveryprocessestoensurethesmoothandeffectiverecruitmentprocess.Businessusersusethesystemtopostjobpostings,manageincomingresumes,andorganizeinterviewprocesses.Studentuserscanmanagetheirprofiles,submitresumes,receiveinterviewinvitationsandviewinterviewresults,facilitatingandsupportingtheircareerpath.Thewholesystemhasfriendlyinterfaceandeasyoperation,whichgreatlypromotestheemploymentrateofcollegegraduatesandtherecruitmentefficiencyofenterprises.
