摘要：大数据作为影响未来互联网生态、创新体系、产业形态乃至社会治理的国家基础性战略资源，在推动政府治理精准化，推进安全保障高效化，加快民生服务普惠化等方面发挥越来越重要作用。交通运输行业数据作为政务信息资源重要组成部分，有必要进行汇聚、梳理、整合、分析和应用，助力构建“综合、智慧、绿色、平安、美丽”的现代综合交通运输体系。文章详细分析交通运输领域数据资源体系建设和开放共享领域存在的问题，并基于此提出建设智能交通大数据共享应用平台，并对平台业务框架、逻辑架构、技术架构、功能架构进行设计，最终构建公路、水路、铁路、民航以及城市交通中的城市路网、地面公交、轨道交通等基础、业务、感知监测类数据的采集、清洗、存储、共享、应用体系。

Abstract：Bigdata，asanationalbasicstrategicresourceaffectingthefutureInternetecology，innovationsystem，industrialformationandevensocialgovernance，ispromotingtheprecisionofgovernmentgovernanceandthehighefficiencyofsecurityguarantee.Wewillspeeduptheuniversalizationofservicesforpeopleslivelihoodandplayanincreasinglyimportantrole.Transportationindustrydataasanimportantpartofgovernmentinformationresources，itisnecessarytogather，comb，integrate，analysisandapplication，tohelpbuildacomprehensive，intelligent，green，safeandbeautifulmoderncomprehensivetransportationsystem.Thispaperanalyzesindetailtheproblemsexistingintheconstructionofdataresourcessystemandopensharinginthefieldoftrafficandtransportation，andbasedonthis，putsforwardtheconstructionofanintelligenttransportationsharingapplicationplatformforbigdata.Thebusinessframework，logicalarchitecture，technicalarchitectureandfunctionalarchitectureoftheplatformaredesigned.Finally，thecollection，cleaning，storage，sharingandapplicationsystemofroad，waterway，railway，civilaviationandurbantransportationsuchasurbannetwork，groundbus，railtransit，business，sensingmonitoringdatacollection，cleaning，storage，sharingandapplicationareconstructed.
