TeachingAims：

Toenhancestudents’overallspeakingproficiencyandbuildtheirconfidenceincommunicatingeffectivelyinEnglish.

Todevelopstudents’abilitytoexpressthemselvesclearlyandcoherentlyonavarietyoftopicsinbothformalandinformalsettings.

Toexpandstudents’vocabularyandfamiliarizethemwithcommonidiomaticexpressionsusedineverydayEnglishconversations.

Tofosterculturalawarenessandsensitivity,allowingstudentstoengageinmeaningfulcross-culturalcommunication.

TohelpstudentsdevelopcriticalthinkingskillsandtheabilitytopresentanddefendtheiropinionsinEnglish.

TeachingRequirements:

Studentsarerequiredtoactivelyparticipateinclassdiscussionsand

activities,contributingtheirthoughtsandopinionsinEnglish.

Eachstudentmustdeliveratleasttwooralpresentationsthroughout

thecourse,eachlastingapproximately5-10minutes,ontopics

assignedbytheteacher.

Regulargroupdiscussionswillbeheld,duringwhichstudentsmust

engageinmeaningfulconversations,practicingtheirspeakingand

listeningskills.

Studentsareexpectedtostriveforaccuracyingrammar,vocabulary

andpronunciation,withtheaimofimprovingtheiroverallEnglishproficiency.

Completionofassignedhomework,whichmayincludepracticing

dialogues,writingscriptsforrole-plays,orpreparingforupcomingclassactivities.

Studentsshoulddemonstrateanunderstandingofculturalnuancesand

appropriatecommunicationstylesinEnglish-speakingcontexts.
