基于模糊灰色综合评价的高速改建施工安全评价研究

摘要：目前中国高速正在高速发展，部分老旧高速已不能满足当前车流量要求，需要对原有老旧高速进行改建。高速改建是典型的人-机-环境系统，传统安全研究主要集中在机械设备的可靠性方面，成果也是讨论如何提高设备的可靠性上。为弥补传统研究的不足，提高高速改建过程中安全评估准确性，本文以高速改建人因事故这一事件作为研究对象。在对高速改建施工现状和安全评价方案的研究后，针对高速改建施工事故发生的人因机理，提出了基于模糊灰色综合评价模型的高速改建人因安全评价方法。利用该方法对高速改建施工过程中的各种人为因素进行综合评估，建立了高速改建安全评价指标体系，能够快速有效的对高速改建人因事故进行评价、处理，达到减少和预防安全事故的目的，为我国高速施工灾害防范提供理论参考。

Abstract：Atpresent，Chinashigh-speedisdevelopingatahighspeed.Someoldhigh-speedcannotmeetthecurrenttrafficdemand，soitisnecessarytorebuildtheoldhigh-speed.High-speedrenovationisatypicalman-machine-environmentsystem.Traditionalsafetyresearchmainlyfocusesonthereliabilityofmechanicalequipment.Theresultsalsodiscusshowtoimprovethereliabilityofequipment.Inordertomakeupfortheshortcomingsoftraditionalresearchandimprovetheaccuracyofsafetyassessmentintheprocessofhigh-speedreconstruction，thispapertakesthehuman-causedaccidentofhigh-speedreconstructionastheresearchobject.Afterresearchingthepresentsituationofhigh-speedreconstructionconstructionandsafetyevaluationscheme，aimingatthehumanfactormechanismofhigh-speedreconstructionconstructionaccidents，ahumanfactorsafetyevaluationmethodofhigh-speedreconstructionbasedonfuzzygreycomprehensiveevaluationmodelisproposed.Byusingthismethod，varioushumanfactorsintheprocessofhigh-speedreconstructionarecomprehensivelyevaluated，andasafetyevaluationindexsystemforhigh-speedreconstructionisestablished.Itcanquicklyandeffectivelyevaluateanddealwithhuman-causedaccidentsinhigh-speedreconstruction，achievethepurposeofreducingandpreventingsafetyaccidents，andprovideatheoreticalreferencefordisasterpreventionofhigh-speedconstructioninChina.
