Presentillness:Abouttwoweekslater,thenauseousandvomitorysymptomappearedagainandhefeltsourregurgitationandheartburnatthesametime.SohewenttothefirstaffiliatedhospitalofSuZhouUniversity.

Presentillness:Theendoscopicexaminationshowedhehadduodenalulcersandrefluxesophagitis.Andthepathologicalreportoftheulcerswaschronicinflammationwithproliferationoflymphocytes.ThentheRabeprazolewhichhadshowacurativeeffectwasgiventohim.

Presentillness:Buttwomonthslaterafterthetreatment,theabove-mentionedsymptomappearedagainandbecamemoreserioussohewenttothefirstaffiliatedhospitalofSuZhouUniversityagainforfurtherthreatment.

Presentillness:TheabdominalCT,MRIandMRCPallshowedthedilatationofthebileducts（boththeintra-hepaticandextrahepaticbiled-ucts）andthepancreaticducts.Besides,theabdominalCTsho-wedtheenlargementofpancre-aswiththeprobabilityofpancr-eaticdivisum.Thenhewasdiag-nosedaspancreatitisandthesymptomatictreatmentwasappliedbuttheeffectwasnotcomfor-table.
