基于ZigBee网络的电缆防火监控系统设计

摘要：设计一种基于ZigBee网络的电缆防火监控系统，能实时、精准监测电缆火灾，并及时灭火。系统通过部署在电缆现场的烟雾和温度传感器分别采集烟雾和温度数据，经单片机转换处理后传输至ZigBee通信模块，利用ZigBee协议、ZigBee网络节点以及通信流程将温度和烟雾数据传输至火灾控制模块，实时监测电缆各位置的温度和烟雾浓度，当温度或烟雾浓度超出设定值时，及时通过ZigBee网络发出报警并准确定位着火位置，自动启动灭火部件完成灭火，实现电缆防火监控。与传统系统相比，这个系统可以通过监测电缆的温度以及烟雾浓度变化，实现电缆火灾的及时精准监控，监测精度较高，准确性较好，能够及时精准监测电缆火灾，并及时灭火。实验结果表明：该系统可以实时、有效监测电缆温度和烟雾浓度变化，并及时报警，启动电缆火灾自动灭火部件灭火，防止电缆火灾发生。

Abstract：AcablefirepreventionmonitoringsystembasedonZigBeenetworkisdesignedtoaccuratelymonitorthecablefireinrealtime，andputoutthefireintime.Thesystemcollectssmokeandtemperaturedatathroughsensors，anddeploysthemonthecablesiteandtransmitsthemtoZigBeecommunicationmoduleafterbeingconvertedandprocessedbysinglechipmicrocomputer.TemperatureandsmokedataaretransmittedtothefirecontrolmodulebyusingZigBeeprotocol，ZigBeenetworknodeandcommunicationprocess，soastomonitorthetemperatureandsmokeconcentrationofeachpositionofthecableinrealtime.Whenthesettingvalueisset，thealarmwillbesentoutthroughZigBeenetworkintime，andthefirelocationwillbeaccuratelylocated.Thefireextinguishingcomponentswillbestartedautomaticallytocompletethefireextinguishingandrealizethecablefirepreventionmonitoring.Comparedwiththetraditionalsystem，thissystemcanmonitorthecablefiretimelyandaccuratelybymonitoringthetemperatureandsmokeconcentrationchangesofthecable.Themonitoringaccuracyishigh.Itcantimelyandaccuratelymonitorthecablefireandextinguishthefireintime.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthesystemcanmonitorthechangesofcabletemperatureandsmokeconcentrationinrealtimeandeffectively，andalarmintime，andstarttheautomaticfireextinguishingcomponentsofcablefiretopreventtheoccurrenceofcablefire.
