医院中成药应用中存在的问题及分析

[摘要]目的探究中成药临床应用中存在的问题，为推动中药临床药学工作开展提供参考。方法对该院2017年1—12月开具的2400张中成药处方进行审核，用以分析临床应用中成药时存在的问题并分析存在问题的主要原因。结果经审核的2400张处方中有305张存在不合理用药的现象，占抽样处方总量的12.71%。其中适应证不适宜张39占1.63%、用法用量不适宜163张占6.79%、配伍联合用药不适宜79张占3.29%、超禁忌用药处方17张占0.71%，超常用药处方7张占0.29%。结论对中成药在临床应用中存在的问题的深入分析，不仅为临床合理用药提供了参考，而且能够减少患者因应用中药而引起不良反应，从而推动中药临床药学工作的开展。
