ThisRentalContractismadeandexecutedon[InsertDate]byandbetweentheTenantandtheOwner,regardingtherentalofthepropertydescribedbelow.
1.PropertyDescription:
Thepropertytoberentedislocatedat[InsertAddressofProperty].Itconsistsofa[InsertTypeofBuilding],withitssurroundingpremisesandfacilities.ThepropertyisrentedtotheTenantforuseasresidentialpurposesonly.
2.TermofRental:
Thetermofthisagreementshallcommenceon[InsertStartDate]andcontinueuntil[InsertEndDate].Aftertheexpirationofthisterm,unlessrenewedbymutualagreementinwriting,thiscontractshallterminate.
3.Rent:
