Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentofeconomictrade
betweenchinaandAmerica,thebusinesscontactsofthetwo
countriesbecomemoreandmorefrequent,theimportanceof
businessnegotiationgetsobviousgradually.However,thehuge
culturaldifferencesbetweenthetwocountriesmaygiveriseto
potentialculturalconflictsandunnecessarymisunderstandings.
Soitisimperativethatnegotiatorsshouldlearnthecultural
factorsinSino-U.S.businessnegotiation.Thethesisemphasizes
