摘要

伴随着21世纪的到来，建筑行业的发展越来越得到改善了。建筑过程中的项目施工管理也得到大多数人的追捧，建筑行业发展的第一要素虽然是制约企业的生存与发展，但建筑过程中的工程质量、施工进度以及项目成本的控制也成为非常重要的几点。

本次论文中以具体的施工项目为实例，在目前这个社会环境下，我们制定了详细的施工方案来针对本次施工的项目。我们要从项目管理者的角度出发去运用进度控制的基本理论知识，从项目的开始一直到结束都要制定详细的进度规划，用施工进度计划横道图及双代号网络计划图来对工程进度计划实施措施；对于工程的质量和安全的，是工程施工过程中的关键问题，故我们要制定出严格的技术及一些措施来保护工程中的质量及安全。施工过程中也常常伴随着一系列常见的问题及重点问题，我们要建立起相对应的管理组织机构，来保证工程质量以及施工安全计划得以很好的实现。

Abstract

Withthearrivalofthe21stcentury,thedevelopmentoftheconstructionindustryhasbeenmoreimproved.Buildingconstructionmanagementduringtheprojecthasalsobeenmostsoughtafter,althoughthefirstelementofthedevelopmentoftheconstructionindustryistorestrictthesurvivalanddevelopmentofenterprises,buttheprocessofbuildingengineeringquality,constructionprogressandprojectcostcontrolhasbecomeaveryimportantseveral.

Thepapertoconcreteconstructionprojectasanexample,inthecurrentsocialenvironment,wehavedevelopedadetailedplanforconstructionofthisprojectfortheconstruction.Fromthepointofviewofourprojectmanagersstartingtousethebasictheoreticalknowledgeprogresscontrol,fromthebeginninguntiltheendoftheprojectshoulddevelopadetailedplanningschedule,withconstructionscheduleGanttchartand-arrownetworkdiagramtoplantheprojectscheduleimplementingmeasures;Forengineeringqualityandsafetyoftheconstructionprocessisthekeyissue,sowehavetoworkoutstrictmeasurestoprotectthetechnologyandengineeringqualityandsafety.Theconstruvtionprocessisoftenaccompaniedbyaseriesofcommonproblemsandkeyissues,weneedtoestablishthecorrespondingmanagementorganizationstoensureprojectqualityandconstructionsafetyplansarewellimplemented.
