LIMITEDWARRANTYANDLIMITATIONOFLIABILITY

EachFlukeproductiswarrantedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluseand

service.Thewarrantyperiodisoneyearandbeginsonthedateofshipment.Parts,productrepairs,and

servicesarewarrantedfor90days.Thiswarrantyextendsonlytotheoriginalbuyerorend-usercustomerof

aFlukeauthorizedreseller,anddoesnotapplytofuses,disposablebatteries,ortoanyproductwhich,in

Flukesopinion,hasbeenmisused,altered,neglected,contaminated,ordamagedbyaccidentorabnormal

conditionsofoperationorhandling.Flukewarrantsthatsoftwarewilloperatesubstantiallyinaccordance

withitsfunctionalspecificationsfor90daysandthatithasbeenproperlyrecordedonnon-defectivemedia.

Flukedoesnotwarrantthatsoftwarewillbeerrorfreeoroperatewithoutinterruption.

Flukeauthorizedresellersshallextendthiswarrantyonnewandunusedproductstoend-usercustomers

onlybuthavenoauthoritytoextendagreaterordifferentwarrantyonbehalfofFluke.Warrantysupportis

availableonlyifproductispurchasedthroughaFlukeauthorizedsalesoutletorBuyerhaspaidthe

applicableinternationalprice.FlukereservestherighttoinvoiceBuyerforimportationcostsof

repair/replacementpartswhenproductpurchasedinonecountryissubmittedforrepairinanothercountry.
