LIMITEDWARRANTYLIMITATIONOFLIABILITY
EachFlukeproductiswarrantedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluseandservice.Thewarrantyperiodisthreeyearsforthe
Fluke120SeriesTestToolandoneyearforitsaccessories.Thewarrantyperiodbeginsonthedateofshipment.Parts,productrepairsandservicesare
warrantedfor90days.Thiswarrantyextendsonlytotheoriginalbuyerorend-usercustomerofaFlukeauthorizedreseller,anddoesnotapplytofuses,
disposablebatteriesortoanyproductwhich,inFlukesopinion,hasbeenmisused,altered,neglectedordamagedbyaccidentorabnormalconditionsof
operationorhandling.Flukewarrantsthatsoftwarewilloperatesubstantiallyinaccordancewithitsfunctionalspecificationsfor90daysandthatithasbeen
properlyrecordedonnon-defectivemedia.Flukedoesnotwarrantthatsoftwarewillbeerrorfreeoroperatewithoutinterruption.
Flukeauthorizedresellersshallextendthiswarrantyonnewandunusedproductstoend-usercustomersonlybuthavenoauthoritytoextendagreaterordifferent
warrantyonbehalfofFluke.WarrantysupportisavailableifproductispurchasedthroughaFlukeauthorizedsalesoutletorBuyerhaspaidtheapplicable
internationalprice.FlukereservestherighttoinvoiceBuyerforimportationcostsofrepair/replacementpartswhenproductpurchasedinone
