当前我国利用外资中存在的问题及对策建议
摘要：改革开放以来，我国利用外资呈不断扩大的趋势，外资来源日趋多元化，外资产业投向往第三产业倾斜，外商投资区域从东部转向中西部，外商投资方式从合资向独资转变，而且外资并购趋势明显。但当前我国利用外资中仍存在诸多的问题，主要包括外资质量不高，外资构造不合理，超国民待遇仍然存在，利用外资影响到我国民族企业的开展。本文通过分析我国利用外资中存在的问题，得出结论：为促进我国利用外资安康开展，需要不断提高我国外资质量，积极调整优化外资构造，逐步取消超国民待遇，并采取措施保护我国民族企业的开展。

Abstract:Sincethereformandopeningup,Chinasutilizationofforeigncapitalisgrowingtrend,sourceofforeigncapitalbecomemorediverse,thedirectionofforeignindustrytiltstowardthetertiaryindustry,theareaoftheforeigninvestmentturnsfromtheeasternregiontotheMidwest,thewayofforeigninvestmentshiftsfromjointventuretosingle?proprietorship,andtrendofforeigncapitalsMAisobvious.ButrecentlytherearestillmanyproblemsintheutilizationofforeigninvestmentinChina,mainlyincludingthattheforeignqualityisnothigh,foreigncapitalstructureisunreasonable,super-nationaltreatmentstillexist,andtheutilizationofforeigncapitalinChinahaseffectonthedevelopmentofthenationalenterprise.Accordingtotheproblemsintheutilizationofforeigncapital,thispaperputsforwardsomecountermeasurestopromotethehealthydevelopmentofChinasutilizationofforeigncapital.Byanalyzingtheproblemsintheforeign,toconclude:topromotethehealthydevelopmentofChinasutilizationofforeigncapital,thereisneedtoconstantlyimprovethequalityofforeigninvestmentinChina,activelyadjustandoptimizethestructureofforeigninvestment,graduallycancelthesuper-nationaltreatment,andtakemeasurestoprotectChinasnationalenterprises’developments.
