保肝药物在防治晚期胃癌患者化疗引起肝损伤的临床分析
AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatetheclinicaleffectsofliveraidonthepreventionofliverinjuryinducedbychemotherapyinpatientswithgastriccancer.Methods:Collected146gastriccancerpatientsatadvancedstagereceivedDCFchemotherapyfromNovember,2013toJanuary,2015inQinghaiUniversityaffiliatedhospital,dividedinto4groupsrandomly.GroupA:52patientsreceivedmagnesiumlsoglycyrrhizinateinjection200mgatthefirstdayinchemotherapy,using5dayscontinuously;GroupB:34patientsreceivedglutathioneprophylaxisinjection2.0gatthefirstdayinchemotherapy,using5dayscontinuously;GroupC:46patientsreceivedornithineaspartateinjection10gatthefirstdayinchemotherapy,using5dayscontinuously;GroupD(thecontrolgroup):32patientswithouttheprophylacticuseofprotectlivermedicine.AllpatientswithgastriccancershouldreceiveDCFchemotherapy.Collectedvenousbloodoffourgroupsofgastriccancerpatientsbeforeandafterchemotherapy,anddetectedthevariationoftheliverfunctionoftheenzyme:alkalinephosphatase(ALP),alanineaminotransferase(ALT),aspertateaminotransferase(AST)andtotalbilirubin(TBIL),analyzetheincidenceofliverdamage,thechangesinliverfunctionandtheeconomicvalueinclinic.Results:1.Comparedwithbasicdataofpatientsinfourgroups,therewasnostatisticallysignificantdifferenceinage,genderandKPSscore,P＞0.05.2.Comparedwiththeincidenceofliverdamageofpatientsinfourgroupswiththechi-squaretest,therewasstatisticallysignificantdifferenceinthefourgroups,P＜0.05.ComparedbetweengroupsA,B,CandgroupDusingsegmentationchi-squaretest,withtheinspectionlevelaftercorrection‘=0.008,therewasstatisticallysignificantdifferencebetweengroupAandgroupD.3.Thehepaticfunctionindexesoffourgroupsbeforechemotherapywereallinthenormalrang
