ABSTRACT
Drivenbytheglobalcampaignagainstclimatechange,themarketofelectricvehicleshasboomed
acrosstheworldinrecentyears.SinceLithium-Ionbatteriesarecommonlyusedtopowerelectric
vehicles,ahugeamountofbatterieswillsoonreachtheirend-of-life;howtorecyclethemtoreduce
environmentalpollutionandpromotingthesustainabledevelopmentoftheelectricvehiclemarkethas
becomeanurgentchallengetoday.Implementationofthesecondaryreuseofusedelectricvehicle
batteriesisavaluablerecyclingstrategy,However,thereisalackofresearchinvestigatingelectric
vehiclebatterierecyclingnetworkdesignattheenterpriselevel,whichimpedesthesustainable
developmentofelectricvehicles.Drivenbythis,thispaperdevelopedamodelconsideringcarbon
emissionforsimulatingtherecyclingofelectricvehiclebatteries.Theproposedmodeltakesinto
accountthreepotentialbatteryhandlingstrategies(recycling,remanufacturing,anddisposal)to
