WARRANTY

Tektronixwarrantsthattheproductsthatitmanufacturesandsellswillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship

foraperiodofthree(3)yearsfromthedateofshipment.Ifaproductprovesdefectiveduringthiswarrantyperiod,

Tektronix,atitsoption,eitherwillrepairthedefectiveproductwithoutchargeforpartsandlabor,orwillprovidea

replacementinexchangeforthedefectiveproduct.

Inordertoobtainserviceunderthiswarranty,CustomermustnotifyTektronixofthedefectbeforetheexpirationofthe

warrantyperiodandmakesuitablearrangementsfortheperformanceofservice.Customershallberesponsiblefor

packagingandshippingthedefectiveproducttotheservicecenterdesignatedbyTektronix,withshippingchargesprepaid.

TektronixshallpayforthereturnoftheproducttoCustomeriftheshipmentistoalocationwithinthecountryinwhichthe

Tektronixservicecenterislocated.Customershallberesponsibleforpayingallshippingcharges,duties,taxes,andany

otherchargesforproductsreturnedtoanyotherlocations.

Thiswarrantyshallnotapplytoanydefect,failureordamagecausedbyimproperuseorimproperorinadequate

maintenanceandcare.Tektronixshallnotbeobligatedtofurnishserviceunderthiswarrantya)torepairdamageresulting
