NOTEIfyouwouldliketousealongerdryingtime,youcanasktheHPColorCenterto

createthetestchartwithoutgoingontocreateaprofile(Printtargetonly.CreateICC

profilelater).

Whenthechartiscompletelydry,youcanrestarttheHPColorCenterandaskittocreatea

profileusingthetestchartyouhavealreadycreated(CreateICCprofilefromatarget

thathasalreadybeenprinted).

Inthiscasethespectrophotometertakesawhiletowarmupbeforeitisreadytoscan.

•PaperName:Enterthenameofyournewcustompaper(ex.“Instant-DryPhoto

Glosspaper”).

•Papertype:Selectthetypeofyournewcustompaper.Thepapertypedetermines

theamountofinkusedandotherbasicprintingparameters;chooseapapertype

thatmostlyresemblesyourmedia.

Iftheresultsarenottoyoursatisfaction,youcanexperimentbychoosingdifferentpaper

typesandusetheonethatworksbestforyou.

ThenewCustomPaperappearsautomaticallyunderthepapertypelist:
