老年心绞痛患者实施护理干预的效果评估

【摘要】目的：针对老年心绞痛患者，讨论实施护理干预的效果，为日后的临床护理提供参考与指导。方法：将我院收治的老年心绞痛患者作为研究对象，所有患者的入选年份均集中在2015年4月--2016年4月，患者总计80例。在分组研究中，应用抽签的方法，将80例患者随机划分为两个研究组，包括观察组与对照组。针对对照组患者实行常规性护理干预，对于观察组患者实行综合的护理干预，对比两组患者的最终护理干预效果。结果：经过临床统计，对照组患者SDS评分为53.56±2.57分，SAS评分为53.50±3.69分；观察组患者SDS评分为39.01±1.00分，SAS评分为37.86±1.04分，两组患者比较差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05，观察组优于对照组明显。结论：针对老年心绞痛患者，实施综合护理干预后，可以帮助患者更好的缓解病痛，在心理状态上改善积极，患者生活质量得到更好提升，对患者积极意义较大，建议在今后的临床护理中，将综合护理干预推广应用。
