Article1:ScopeofSupply

1.1PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithabatchofplasticwastebinsasspecifiedintheattachedProductSpecificationSheet(Products).

1.2Thespecificquantity,model,specifications,andotherrequirementsoftheProductsshallbeasagreeduponbothpartiesinwriting.

1.3PartyAshallensurethattheProductsmeetthequalitystandardssetforthintheProductSpecificationSheet.

Article2:Delivery

2.1PartyAshalldelivertheProductstoPartyBsdesignatedlocation(theDeliveryPoint)onorbeforethedeliverydatespecifiedintheAgreement.

2.2PartyAshallberesponsibleforthetransportationcostsandanyrelatedexpensesassociatedwiththedeliveryoftheProductstotheDeliveryPoint.

2.3PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithadeliverynoteandapackinglistupondelivery.

Article3:PaymentTerms

3.1PartyBshallpayPartyAfortheProductsinaccordancewiththepaymenttermssetforthintheAgreement.

3.2ThepaymentamountshallbeequaltothetotalpurchasepricefortheProducts,asspecifiedintheAgreement.

3.3PartyBshallmakethepaymentwithinthetimeframespecifiedintheAgreement,wiretransfertoPartyAsdesignatedbankaccount.

4.1PartyAwarrantsthattheProductsconformtotheagreeduponspecificationsandarefreefrommanufacturingdefectsforaperiodof____________________fromthedateofdeliver
