商业银行中小企业信贷风险管理研究——以华夏银行为例

摘要：伴随着我国经济的快速发展，尤其是在改革开放对中国的影响下，中小企业的发展与国民经济的增长成正比，因此中小企业会提升对资金量的要求。商业银行是中小企业在发展过程中最关键的融资目标，在中国的商业银行对中小企业实行信贷支持，这就是不断更新中小企业内部结构运营的一个阶段。并且，商业银行对中小企业的信贷支持，还由于中小企业的体积容量与业务区间较小、利润不稳定等特点而承受着巨大风险。商业银行在中小企贷款业务发展和风险管理之间取得相对平衡将越来越重要。本篇论文采用文献研究法和定性研究法，针对中国商业银行中小企业信贷风险操作体现出较为严重的情况，且将华夏银行当做案例进行分析，并根据相关的问题的提出合适的对策建议，对健全我国商业银行中小企业信贷风险管理具有重要实际意义。

Abstract:WiththerapiddevelopmentofChinaseconomy,especiallysincethereformandopeningup,smallandmedium-sizedenterprisescontributemoreandmoretothegrowthofthenationaleconomy,andcorrespondingly,smallandmedium-sizedenterpriseswillhavemoreandmoredemandsforcapital.ThemostimportantandcommonfinancingobjectofsmesiscommercialBanks.ThecreditsupportofChinascommercialBankstosmesisjustaprocessofcontinuoustransfusiontothedevelopmentofsmes.Atthesametime,thecreditsupportofcommercialBankstosmesisalsosubjecttohugerisksduetotheirsmalloperationscale,limitedbusinessscopeandunstableprofits.ItwillbemoreandmoreimportantforcommercialBankstostrikearelativebalancebetweensmesloanbusinessdevelopmentandriskmanagement.Thispaperadoptsliteraturestudymethodandqualitativemethod,toourcountrycommercialbankproblemsofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisecreditriskmanagement,anddiscussesthehuaxiabank,forexample,andaccordingtotherelatedproblemputsforwardappropriatecountermeasures,toperfectourcountrycommercialbankcreditriskmanagementofsmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseshastheimportantpracticalsignificance.
