货币的时间价值在企业投资决策中的应用研究

——以深圳市安盾知识产权服务有限公司为例

摘要：随着国民经济的疾速增长，我国的市场体系日渐完善，而市场竞争也愈来愈激烈。货币的时间价值不只是在很大程度上会对企业的投资决策效率与效果产生影响，还会影响到我们整个社会的经济收益。企业若想获得更长远的发展和更大的利益，每一次的投资决策尤为重要，而做出正确且科学的投资决策，货币的时间价值这个重要因素是不能被忽视的。只有充分考虑了货币的时间价值，运用货币的时间价值理论来对投资方案进行可行性分析，再选择最优化的方案，最终的决策才具有科学性，才能让企业获得真正的收益，这也体现了货币的时间价值在财务管理的过程中是起到了十分重要的作用。总的来说，企业只有在日常经营和投资决策时中注重货币的时间价值，合理科学地货币时间价值增值规律，才能实现企业利益的最大化，提高企业的财务管理水平。

Abstract：Withtherapidgrowthofnationaleconomy，China’smarketeconomysystemisgraduallyimproved,andthemarketcompetitionisbecomingmoreandmorefierce.Monetarytimevaluenotonlyaffecttheefficiencyandeffectofinvestmentdecisiontoalargeextent,butalsoaffecttheeconomicbenefitsofourwholesociety.Ifanenterprisewantstogetmorelong-termdevelopmentandgreaterbenefits,everyinvestmentdecisionisparticularlyimportant.Tomakeacorrectandscientificinvestmentdecision,monetarytimevalueisanimportantfactorthatcannotbeignored.Onlywhentheenterprisefullyconsidermonetarytimevalue,usethetheoryofmonetarytimetoanalyzethefeasibilityoftheinvestmentscheme,andthenchoosetheoptimalscheme,thefinaldecisioncanbescientific,sotheenterprisecanobtainrealincome,whichalsoreflectsthatmonetarytimevalueplaysakeyroleintheprocessoffinancialmanagement.Generallyspeaking,onlybypayingattentiontomonetarytimevalueindailyoperationandinvestmentdecision-making,andapplyingthetheoryofmonetarytimevaluereasonably,enterprisescanmaximizetheinterestsandimprovethefinancialmanagementlevel.
