城市社区居家养老服务体系构建研究

【摘要】随着老年人数的不断增长，人口老龄化这一问题普遍存在于世界各国，因此人口老龄化俨然成为一个世界难题。由人口老龄化问题所延伸出的养老问题也是一个难题。我国在改革开放后一边发展经济，一边致力于改善民生问题。在经过几十年的不断探索后，居家养老或许是一条符合我国目前国情的养老道路。本文通过介绍国外发达国家的城市居家养老服务体系，总结其发展的经验，再介绍当前我国城市居家养老服务体系的发展历程和现状，根据我国自身的不足和存在的问题提出相关实施建议。

[Abstract]Withthecontinuousgrowthofthenumberofelderlypeople,theproblemofpopulationagingiswidespreadinallcountriesoftheworld,sopopulationaginghasbecomeaworldproblem.Theproblemofprovidingfortheaged,whichisextendedfromtheproblemofagingpopulation,isalsoadifficultproblem.Afterthereformandopeningup,Chinahasbeendevelopingitseconomyandimprovingpeopleslivelihood.Afterdecadesofcontinuousexploration,home-basedcaremaybeawayofprovidingfortheagedinlinewithChinascurrentnationalconditions.Thispaperintroducestheurbanhomecareservicesystemindevelopedcountriesabroad,summarizesitsdevelopmentexperience,andthenintroducesthedevelopmentprocessandcurrentsituationofChinasurbanhomecareservicesystem,andputsforwardrelevantimplementationsuggestionsaccordingtoChinasownshortcomingsandexistingproblems.
