我国P2P网贷存在的问题及监管对策的研究-以和信贷为例

摘要：P2P在线借贷行业现在在中国非常受欢迎，什么是P2P在线借贷平台？P2P在线借贷是随着互联网和私人小额信贷的发展而出现的一种新的金融平台。本文主要关注P2P在线借贷平台，并以和信贷为例为平台问题开发更完整的P2P发展策略。例如，和信贷平台需要增加自身构建，增强其系统构建，改进其自律体系以及采取其他措施。第一步，是了解中国P2P在线借贷平台的当前发展状况，接下来，我们以和信贷为例分析P2P在线借贷平台的不足。最后，我们分析了P2P在线借贷平台的监管原则，方法和系统。为在线借贷平台的监管提供了适当的建议和措施，并建立了一个分级的监管结构体系，将指导中国P2P平台的未来发展。

Abstract:TheP2PonlinelendingsectorisnowverypopularinChina.WhatisaP2Ponlineloanplatform?OnlineP2PfinancingisanewfinancialplatformthatemergedwiththedevelopmentoftheInternetandprivatemicrofinance.Inthisarticle,wefocusontheP2PonlinelendingplatformanduseHexinasanexampletodevelopamorecompleteP2Pdevelopmentstrategyfortheplatform.Forexample,theHexinCreditPlatformneedstoincreaseitsownbuild,strengthenitssystemsbuild,improveitsautonomoussystemandtakeothermeasures.ThefirststepistounderstandthecurrentstatusofthedevelopmentofChina’sP2Ponlinelendingplatform.Then,usingHexinasanexample,weanalyzedtheflawsintheP2Ponlinelendingplatform.Finally，weanalyzedtheprinciples,methodsandsystemsformonitoringP2Ponlineplatforms.ProvideappropriateproposalsandmeasurestooverseetheonlinelendingplatformandestablishahierarchicalsystemofregulatoryframeworkthatwillguidethefuturedevelopmentoftheP2PplatforminChina.
