minutes,itbecomessuspiciousofthershimplementation.ThershusedwithsomeKerberosinstallationsassumedthatsizeof(FD_SET)==sizeof(int).ThismeantthatthershprogramassumedthatthelargestFDvaluewas31.Whenaprogramusesforktocreateprocessesthatlaunchrsh,whilemaintainingthestdin,stdout,andstderrtotheforkedprocess,thisassumptionisnolongertrue,sincetheFDthatrshcreatesforthesocketmaybegreaterthan31ifthereareenoughprocessesrunning.Whenusingsuchabrokenimplementationofrsh,thesymptomisthatjobsneverterminatebecausethershjobsarewaiting(withselect)forthesockettoclose.

假如不是使用g77编译器（Linux系统自带的Fortran77编译器），使用其他的编译器，必须重新编译安装

mpich软件包。Mpich软件包在OSCAR之后安装。

假如使用intel的fortran编译器，fortran编译程式必须在PATH路径中。使用下面的命令检查一下：

#echo$PATH

假如PATH中出现intel的fortran编译器，则跳过此处PATH的配置。假设Intel编译程式的安装路径使用缺省路径（假如修改缺省路径要相应修改），修改/etc/profile文档，找到export中带有PATH的一行，在export语句的前面增加下面一行：

PATH=/opt/intel_cc_80/bin:/opt/intel_fc_80/bin:$PATH

然后注销，重新登陆，使用echo命令检查一下，然后运行ifc命令检查一下是否配置正确。
