粤港澳大湾区对城市经济发展影响的实证研究

——以广东为例

摘要：改革开放以来，特别是香港、澳门回归祖国后，粤港澳合作不断深化实化，粤港澳大湾区经济实力、区域竞争力明显增强，已形成了建设国际一流湾区和世界级城市群的基础条件。

在全球经济高速发展的影响下，大湾区的建设成为我国经济发展的重要途径，传统的单个城市发展不再符合当今世界经济发展的潮流。因此政府实行一系列的政策来加强对粤港澳大湾区的建设，而且这些政策也给周边城市产生了溢出效应。就我国目前而言对粤港澳大湾区的建设还是处于摸索当中，在建设过程中难免会遇到难题，我们要借鉴世界湾区建设的经验，打造符合我国经济发展的大湾区。本文主要探讨粤港澳大湾区目前经济发展状况，以及用PEST来探讨对周边城市的影响，对比我国湾区和世界湾区的优点与劣势，并提出建议和决策。

Abstract:Sincethereformandopeningup,especiallysincethereturnofHongKongandMacaotothemotherland,theguangdong-hongkong-macaocooperationhasbeendeepenedandconsolidated.Theguangdong-hongkong-macaogreaterbayareahassignificantlyenhanceditseconomicstrengthandregionalcompetitiveness,andnowhasthebasicconditionstobuildaworld-classbayareaandaworld-classcitycluster.

Undertheinfluenceoftherapiddevelopmentoftheglobaleconomy,theconstructionofthegreaterbayareahasbecomeanimportantwayforChinaseconomicdevelopment.Therefore,thegovernmenthasimplementedaseriesofpoliciestostrengthentheconstructionoftheguangdong-hongkong-macaogreaterbayarea,andthesepolicieshavealsogeneratedspillovereffectstosurroundingcities.AsfarasChinaisconcerned,theconstructionoftheguangdong-hongkong-macaogreaterbayareaisstillintheprocessofexploration.Itisinevitablethattherewillbedifficultiesintheconstructionprocess.WeshouldlearnfromtheexperienceoftheconstructionoftheworldsbayareatobuildagreaterbayareainlinewithChinaseconomicdevelopment.Thispapermainlydiscussesthecurrenteconomicdevelopmentsituationofguangdong-hongkong-macaodayandistrict,andUSESPESTtodiscusstheimpactonsurroundingcities,comparestheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofChinasbayareaandtheworldsbayarea,andputsforwardSuggestionsandd
