农村中小学学校体育环境现状及对策研究.docx

摘要:为全面提高国民素质、迎接知识经济的到来，党中央国务院提出基础教育课程改革。2008年为继续深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育，全面实行了新一轮基础教育课程改革，此次改革在课程结构方面，强调不同课程之间的结构均衡、合理，强化了体育与健康等课程的综合实践性。随着时代的发展，国家也对农村基础教育改革更加重视，教育工作者对农村基础教育面貌是否得到改善作了许多理论研究以及实践探索。但真正走进农村体育课堂，教育改革的迹象难以显现。本文主要从农村中小学的学校体育现状包括体育教师师资、体育教学、体育设施和器材以及课外体育活动进行研究分析，参考国内相关的政策文件，结合当前农村中小学学校体育课程实际的实施情况，提出切实可行建议，为农村地区中小学的学校体育更好发展提出理论参考。

Abstract：Inordertocomprehensivelyimprovethequalityofthepeopleandwelcomethearrivalofknowledgeeconomy,theCPCCentralCommitteeandTheStateCouncilputforwardthecurriculumreformofbasiceducation.In2008,inordertocontinuetodeepentheeducationreformandcomprehensivelypromotequality-orientededucation,anewroundofbasiceducationcurriculumreformwasfullyimplemented.Intermsofcurriculumstructure,thisreformemphasizesthebalancedandreasonablestructurebetweendifferentcourses,andstrengthensthecomprehensivepracticalityofphysicaleducationandhealthcourses.WiththedevelopmentofTheTimes,thecountryalsopaysmoreattentiontothereformofruralbasiceducation,andtheeducatorshavemademanytheoreticalresearchandpracticalexplorationonwhethertheappearanceofruralbasiceducationhasbeenimproved.Butreallyintotheruralphysicaleducationclassroom,thesignsofeducationreformisdifficulttoshow.Thisarticlemainlyfromthepresentsituationofruralprimaryandsecondaryschoolsincludingphysicaleducationteachers,sportsteaching,sportsfacilitiesandequipmentandextracurricularsportsactivities,referencetothedomesticpolicydocuments,combinedwiththeactualimplementationofthecurrentruralprimaryandsecondaryschoolphysicaleducationcurriculum,putforwardpracticalSuggestions,fortheruralareasofprimaryandsecondaryschoolsschoolsportsbetterdevelopmenttheoryreferenceisputforward.
