闪动app对新郑市大学生运动参与，运动效果分析——以郑州工业技术学院为例.docx

摘要

随着时代的进步以及科技的不断发展，人们的运动方式也发生了巨大的变“互联网+体育”已经逐渐融入到人们的生活当中。青少年体质健康问题一直是我国重点关注的热点问题，国家也通过颁布一系列政策来提高青少年体质健康，但大学生的体质健康下降问题还是没有得到较大改善，大学生作为我国未来的接班人和主力军，如何提高他们的体质健康水平尤为重要。本文将“闪动校园”APP纳入学校课外体育活动当中，对学生课外体育活动进行干预和监督，通过这种方式让更多的学生都参与到课外体育活动当中来，有助于提高学生的体质健康。

本文主要通过采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法和比较分析法等分析方法来进行研究，旨在对学生使用“闪动校园”APP进行校园跑打卡前后的运动参与情况以及运动效果来进行调查分析。□

Withtheprogressofthetimesandthecontinuousdevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,peoplessportsmethodshavealsoundergonemajorchanges.Internet+sportshasgraduallyintegratedintopeopleslives.TheproblemofadolescentphysicalhealthhasalwaysbeenahotissueinChina.Thestatehasalsoissuedaseriesofpoliciestoimprovethephysicalhealthofadolescents.However,thedeclineofcollegestudentsphysicalhealthhasnotbeengreatlyimproved.Asthefuturesuccessorandmainforceofourcountry,howtoimprovetheirphysicalhealthisparticularlyimportant.Inthispaper,theflashcampusAPPisincludedintheschoolextracurricularsportsactivities,andthestudentsextracurricularsportsactivitiesareintervenedandsupervisedInthisway,studentsareinvolvedinextracurricularsportsactivities,whichhelpstocultivatestudentsgoodphysicalexercisehabits.

Thispapermainlyusesthemethodsofliterature,questionnaire,interview,mathematicalstatisticsandcomparativeanalysistostudy,aimingtoinvestigateandanalyzethesportsparticipationandsportseffectofstudentsbeforeandaftercampusrunningusingflashcampusAPP.
