基于社会建构视角的创业拼凑过程研究—-以许昌盛洋发制品有限公司为例.docx

摘要

创业活动是推动创新、促进就业和经济增长的重要力量。新创企业如何通过创业拼凑来突破资源束缚实现创业目标，现有研究对此还缺乏丰富的案例研究。本研究以许昌盛洋发制品有限公司为案例，深入探讨了创业拼凑过程，并基于社会建构视角揭示了其如何通过社会互动和资源拼凑实现创业目标。研究发现，创业拼凑过程包括社会基础和资源库的建构、资源拼凑行为与结果两个主要阶段，其中资源拼凑行为与结果涉及外部触发条件、拼凑行为导向、拼凑行为方式和拼凑结果等关键步骤。在不同创业阶段，创业者的资源拼凑行为导向和方式存在差异，探索期以先动拼凑导向为主，初创期以先动拼凑和效率拼凑为主导，成长期则以战略拼凑为主导。研究结果表明，先动拼凑、效率拼凑和战略拼凑三种拼凑方式分别有助于创业者在不同阶段实现资源的有效整合和利用，从而推动企业的成长和发展。本研究不仅丰富了创业拼凑理论，也为实践界提供了宝贵的启示，特别是在资源有限的创业环境中，如何通过社会建构和创业拼凑来实现企业的快速发展。

Abstract

Entrepreneurshipisanimportantforceinpromotinginnovation,employmentandeconomicgrowth.Thereisstillalackofrichcasestudiesonhowtobreakthroughtheconstraintsofresourcestoachievetheirentrepreneurialgoals.ThisstudytakesXuchangshengYangfaProductsCo.,Ltd.asacase,deeplydiscussestheprocessofentrepreneurialpatchwork,andrevealshowitcanachieveentrepreneurialgoalsthroughsocialinteractionandresourcepoolingbasedontheperspectiveofsocialconstruction.Itisfoundthattheprocessofentrepreneurialpatchworkincludestwomainstages:theconstructionofsocialfoundationandresourcebase,resourcepoolingbehaviorandresults,inwhichthebehaviorofresourcepoolingandresultsinvolvekeystepssuchasexternaltriggerconditions,patchworkbehaviororientation,patchworkbehaviormodeandpatchworkresults.Indifferententrepreneurialstages,therearedifferencesinthebehaviororientationandmethodsofresourcepoolingofentrepreneurs.Intheexplorationperiod,thefirstpatchworkisthemainorientation,intheinitialstage,itisdominatedbythefirstpatchworkandefficiencypatchwork,andinthegrowthperiod,thestrategicpatchworkisdominated.Theresultsshowthatthethreepatchworkmethods,patchworkfirst,efficiencyandstrategypatchwork,helpentrepreneurstorealizetheeffectiveintegrationandutilizationofresourcesatdifferentstages,soastopromotethegrowthanddevelopmentofenterprises.Thisstudynotonlyenrichest
