摘要

面对快速发展的市场经济，在整个企业内部，财务分析是一个重要的评估环节，可以通过具体的财务数据让管理人员了解到企业未来的业务状态以及现有的发展状态。所以根据公司内部的资产负债表以及偿付能力，可以了解到企业现有的资金运转状态和现金的支付和债务的偿还情况，以此来反映公司的整体财务状态。本文以南宁糖业有限公司为研究对象，利用流动比率、速动比率、现金比率、负债比率等指标，分析公司近五年的短期和长期偿付能力。南宁糖业有限公司的偿付能力存在资本结构不合理、存货周转率慢、应收账款回收速度慢、债务结构不合理等问题，为公司提供建议，加强信贷和库存管理，优化负债结构能力。通过对这些南宁糖业有限公司偿付能力指标的分析，有助于对公司的财务状况进行相关评估，并有助于投资者、贸易商和债权人在此过程中做出正确的投资决策、业务决策和贷款决策。因此，为了实现更好的发展，中国中小企业必须重视自身的偿付能力分析。

Inthefaceoftherapidlydevelopingmarketeconomy,financialanalysisisanimportantevaluationlinkinthewholeenterprise.Managerscanunderstandthefuturebusinessstateandtheexistingdevelopmentstateoftheenterprisethroughspecificfinancialdata.Therefore,accordingtothecompanysinternalbalancesheetandsolvency,wecanunderstandtheexistingcapitaloperationstatusoftheenterprise,thepaymentofcashandtherepaymentofdebts,andalsoreflectsthecompanysfinancialstatusandmanagementability.ThispaperinNanningsugarco.,LTD.Astheresearchobject,throughthecurrentratio,quickratio,cashflowdebtratio,capital-liabilityratio,ownershipratioandinterestprotectionmultipleindex,onthecompanyfornearlythreeyearsofshort-termsolvencyandlong-termsolvencyanalysis,thesolvencyofNanningsugarco.,LTD.Isnotreasonablecapitalstructure,slowinventoryturnover,slowreceivablesrecovery,debtstructure,provideadvicetoadjustthecompanycapitalstructure,strengthenthecreditandinventorymanagement,optimizethedebtstructureability.ThroughtheanalysisofthesesolvencyindicatorsofNanningSugarIndustryCo.,Ltd.,itishelpfultoevaluatethecompanysfinancialsituationandhelpinvestors,tradersandcreditorsmakecorrectinvestmentdecisions,businessdecisionsandloandecisionsintheprocess.Therefore,inordertoachievebetterdevelopment,ChineseSMEsmustattachimportancetotheirownsolvencyanalysis.
