民营企业履行社会责任对品牌价值的影响研究

摘要

民营企业作为国民经济重要部分，其履行社会责任的表现，不仅关系到法律义务，还对社会整体进步及自身可持续发展影响深远。大部分民营企业在履行社会责任过程中面临诸多挑战，如认知不足、资源有限等。在商业界和学术界一直争论“企业是否应承担法律规定外的社会责任”，承担社会责任能否给企业带来明显的利益等不确定性因素，影响着民营企业主动承担社会责任的积极性。另外，企业随着品牌知名度的提高是否会受到社会舆论的裹挟，被迫不断提高承担企业社会责任的强度，超出自身能够承受的合理范围，也是值得研究。该研究基于原有理论，分析民营企业承担社会责任对本企业的影响，探究其对品牌价值的影响，为民营企业提供指导，助其认识社会责任本质，制定有效策略，丰富和深化理论体系，为未来研究提供新视角。

ABSTRACT

Privateenterprises,asanimportantpartofthenationaleconomy,theirperformanceinfulfillingsocialresponsibilitiesnotonlyrelatestolegalobligations,butalsohasaprofoundimpactontheoverallsocialprogressandtheirownsustainabledevelopment.Mostprivateenterprisesfacemanychallengesintheprocessoffulfillingsocialresponsibilities,suchasinsufficientawarenessandlimitedresources.Inthebusinessandacademiccommunities,therehasalwaysbeenadebateonwhetherenterprisesshouldundertakesocialresponsibilitiesbeyondthosestipulatedbylaw,anduncertainfactorssuchaswhetherundertakingsocialresponsibilitiescanbringobviousbenefitstoenterprises,whichaffecttheenthusiasmofprivateenterprisestotaketheinitiativetoundertakesocialresponsibilities.Inaddition,whetherenterpriseswillbeinfluencedbypublicopinionwiththeincreaseofbrandpopularity,andbeforcedtocontinuouslyincreasetheintensityofundertakingcorporatesocialresponsibilities,beyondthereasonablescopethattheycanbear,isalsoworthyofstudy.Thisstudyisbasedontheoriginaltheory,analyzestheimpactofprivateenterprisestakingonsocialresponsibilitiesontheirownenterprises,exploresitsimpactonbrandvalue,providesguidanceforprivateenterprises,helpsthemunderstandtheessenceofsocialresponsibilities,formulateseffectivestrategies,enrichesanddeepensthetheoreticalsystem,andprovidesanewperspectivef
