我国P2P网贷的现状及转型问题研究

【摘要】P2P网贷行业的出现满足了民间借贷的需求，为我国中小型企业的发展注入了新鲜血液，然而P2P网贷行业缺乏有效的监管，滋生了大量非法经营的问题平台，行业目前遭遇前所未有的危机。本文主要研究我国P2P行业发展状况及平台转型问题。一方面，具体了解我国P2P网贷的发展历史和现状；另一方面，探究我国P2P行业发展过程中存在的问题及平台转型问题，再根据相应问题对P2P平台分两个发展方向提出合理化建议。若P2P平台继续以P2P模式发展，本文建议要加快监管立法、完善征信体系、规范内部平台管理以及建立网络安全机制；而P2P平台若要转型，本文建议提前做好转型规划、相应调整转型要求以及要加强转型后的监管。

[Abstract]TheemergenceoftheP2Ponlinelendingindustryhasmettheneedsofprivatelendingandinjectedfreshbloodintothedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinChina.However,thelackofeffectivesupervisionoftheP2Ponlinelendingindustryhasspawnedalargenumberofillegaloperationproblemplatforms.Theindustryiscurrentlyfacinganunprecedentedcrisis.ThisarticlemainlystudiesthedevelopmentstatusofChinasP2Pindustryandtheissueofplatformtransformation.Ontheonehand,specificallyunderstandthedevelopmenthistoryandcurrentstatusofChinasP2Ponlinelending;ontheotherhand,exploretheproblemsexistinginthedevelopmentprocessofChinasP2Pindustryandplatformtransformationissues,andthenputforwardreasonablesuggestionsforP2Pplatformsintwodevelopmentdirectionsaccordingtothecorrespondingproblems.IftheP2PplatformcontinuestodevelopintheP2Pmode,thisarticlerecommendsthatwespeedupregulatorylegislation,improvethecreditreportingsystem,standardizeinternalplatformmanagement,andestablishanetworksecuritymechanism;andiftheP2Pplatformistobetransformed,thisarticleproposestomakeatransformationplaninadvanceandadjustthetransformationrequirementsaccordinglyAndtostrengthensupervisionafterthetransition.
