摘要

经济高速发展加剧了环境负担，电力作为关键能源，其绿色会计信息披露至关重要。目前，我国电力行业环境信息披露尚不完善，质量偏低，缺乏真实性和可信度。因此，深入研究电力企业绿色会计信息披露，对于促进我国经济持续健康发展具有重要意义，有助于推动电力行业向更加环保、可持续的方向发展。因此，本文选取桂东电力为研究对象，在阐述绿色会计相关理论的基础之上，文章通过收集桂东电力2019年至2023年的年度报告相关数据，从绿色会计信息披露的目标、内容、形式等方面分析其绿色会计信息披露的现状，接着深入分析其绿色会计信息披露存在的问题及原因，最后分别从内外部环境因素两方面提出完善其绿色会计信息披露对策。

ABSTRACT

Therapideconomicdevelopmenthasintensifiedtheburdenoftheenvironment.Asakeyenergysource,thedisclosureofgreenaccountinginformationiscrucial.Atpresent,Chinaselectricpowerindustryenvironmentalinformationdisclosureisnotperfect,lowquality,lackofauthenticityandcredibility.Therefore,anin-depthstudyofthegreenaccountinginformationdisclosureofelectricpowerenterprisesisofgreatsignificanceforpromotingthesustainableandhealthydevelopmentofChinaseconomy,andhelpstopromotethedevelopmentoftheelectricpowerindustrytoamoreenvironmentallyfriendlyandsustainabledirection.Therefore,thispaperselectsGuiDongpowerastheresearchobject,onthebasisofgreenaccountingrelatedtheory,thearticlebycollectingGuiDongpowerfrom2019to2023annualreportrelateddata,fromthegoalofgreenaccountinginformationdisclosure,content,formanalysisofthepresentsituationofthegreenaccountinginformationdisclosure,thenfurtheranalysisoftheproblemsofthegreenaccountinginformationdisclosureandreasons,finallyrespectivelyfromtwoaspectsofinternalandexternalenvironmentalfactorsputforwardtoimprovethegreenaccountinginformationdisclosurecountermeasures.
