摘要
随着我国家电行业的快速发展，企业面临着日益激烈的市场竞争和融资挑战，美的集团作为家电行业的领军企业，其融资结构的选择与优化不仅关乎企业自身的价值和发展前景，也对我国家电行业的整体竞争力具有重要影响。在美的集团融资结构分析的理论研究方面，过往国内外专家学者对于电器行业产业融资结构优化研究不足。因此，本文在一定程度上补充了该领域的研究。
本文通过对美的集团融资与资本结构的分析，旨在揭示美的集团在融资方面的优势与不足，为美的集团未来的融资决策提供参考。本文选取了美的集团2018年至2022年的财务数据，从财务指标、资本结构、负债结构等方面进行了深入剖析。分析结果表明，美的集团在融资方面存在一定的问题，如资产负债比率偏高、负债结构不合理、内部融资偏少、股权融资明显高于债权融资等。针对这些问题，本文提出了相应的优化建议，以期为美的集团的健康、可持续发展提供支持。

Abstract
WiththerapiddevelopmentofChinashomeapplianceindustry,enterprisesarefacingincreasinglyfiercemarketcompetitionandfinancingchallenges,MideaGroup,asaleaderinthehomeapplianceindustry,thechoiceandoptimizationofitsfinancingstructureisnotonlyrelatedtothevalueanddevelopmentprospectsoftheenterpriseitself，butalsohasanimportantimpactontheoverallcompetitivenessofChinashomeapplianceindustry.InthetheoreticalresearchofMideaGroupsfinancingstructureanalysis,domesticandforeignexpertsandscholarshavenotstudiedenoughontheoptimizationofindustrialfinancingstructureoftheelectricalindustryinthepast.Therefore,thispapercomplementstheresearchinthisfieldtosomeextent.
ThroughtheanalysisofthefinancingandcapitalstructureofMideaGroup,thispaperaimstorevealtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofMideaGroupinfinancing,andprovidereferenceforthefuturefinancingdecisionofMideaGroup.ThispaperselectsthefinancialdataofMideaGroupfrom2018to2022,andmakesanin-depthanalysisfromthefinancialindicators,capitalstructure,debtstructureandotheraspects.TheanalysisresultsshowthatMideaGrouphassomeproblemsinfinancing,suchashighasset-liabilityratio,unreasonabledebtstructure,essinternalfinancing,equityfinancingissignificantlyhigherthandebtfinancing,etc.Inviewoftheseproblems,thispaperputsforwardthecorrespondingoptimizationsuggestions,inordertoprovidesupportforthehealthyandsustainabledevelopment
