广州居民养老保险现状研究

【摘要】目的：对广州市部分居民进行调查，了解居民的养老保险参保、购买情况、认知水平、满意度以及期望情况，为如何提升广州居民的养老保险参与水平提出建议。方法：采用派发问卷的方法，共发放调查问卷300份，回收有效问卷262份，有效回收率为87.3%。利用excel进行数据录入，建立图表，对结果进行分析。结果：居民的社会基本养老保险参保率比较高，但存在对社会保险认识水平较低、参保水平较低的问题；居民对养老体系的第二、第三支柱参与度低，不重视二者对养老保障的补充作用。居民的商业保险信任度偏低，现有的商业养老保险保障不足，不能满足居民的养老需求；居民认为养老保险仍有需要改进的地方。结论：政府应继续积极推进社会基本养老保险制度的改革，大力推动养老保障体系的共同发展，针对居民了解薄弱的部分加强宣传力度；保险公司要提供市场导向的商业养老保险产品。

[Abstract]Objective:ToinvestigatepartofresidentsinGuangzhou,tounderstandtheparticipation,purchase,cognitivelevel,satisfactionandexpectationofresidentsendowmentinsurance,andtomakesuggestionsonhowtoimprovetheparticipationlevelofGuangzhouresidentsendowmentinsurance.Methods:atotalof300questionnairesweresentoutand262effectivequestionnaireswererecovered,withaneffectiverecoveryrateof87.3%.Excelisusedtoinputdata,establishchartsandmakestatisticalanalysisoftheresults.Results:theresidentsparticipationinthesocialbasicendowmentinsuranceishigh,buttherearesomeproblemssuchaslowlevelofunderstandingandparticipationinthesocialinsurance;theresidentparticipationrateinthesecondandthirdpillarsofthepensionsystemislow,andtheydonotpayattentiontothesupplementaryroleofthetwointhepensionsystem.Residentsdon’tbelieveincommercialendowmentinsurance,andtheexistingcommercialendowmentinsurancesecurityisinsufficient,whichcannotmeettheresidentspensionneeds;residentsbelievethattherearestillmanyareasforimprovementofthepensioninsurance.Conclusion:thegovernmentshouldcontinuetoactivelypromotethereformofthebasicsocialendowmentinsurancesystem,vigorouslypromotethecommondevelopmentoftheendowmentinsurancesystem,andstrengthenthepublicityfortheweakpartofresidentsunderstanding;theinsurancecompaniesshouldprovidemarket-o
