我国高等教育服务贸易的现状分析与对策研究
【摘要】自我国加入世界贸易组织以来，我国的服务贸易市场逐步向成员国开放，教育服务贸易不断深入发展，其在一国的贸易结构中所占的比重也越来越大，从而引发了人们的广泛关注。当前，我国对高等教育的重视不断加深，高等教育的发展也带动了高等教育服务贸易的繁荣。现阶段，国内外留学生数量的增加也为社会带来了更多的经济效益。本文根据相关统计数据，分析我国高等教育服务贸易的现状，并结合国内高等教育发展、相关配套基础设施和法律法规建设的实际情况，分析高等教育服务贸易中存在的问题，并提出相应对策。本文的研究结果表明：虽然我国的高等教育服务贸易在近20年来得到了发展，我国已经成为高等教育服务贸易的进口大国，但并非是强国，其发展中存在的问题较多，我们应广泛借鉴其他国家在这方面的宝贵经验，完善相关法律机制以促进其健康快速发展。

[Abstract]SinceChinasaccessiontotheWTO,Chinasservicetrademarkethasgraduallyopeneduptomembercountries,andeducationservicetradehascontinuedtodevelopindepth.Itsshareinacountrystradestructurehasalsoincreased,whichhasledtowidespreadattention.Atpresent,Chinasemphasisonhighereducationcontinuestodeepen,andthedevelopmentofhighereducationhasalsoledtotheprosperityofhighereducationservicetrade.Atthisstage,theincreaseinthenumberofinternationalstudentsathomeandabroadhasalsobroughtmoreeconomicbenefitstosociety.Basedonrelevantstatisticaldata,thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationofChinashighereducationservicetrade,combinedwiththeactualsituationofdomestichighereducationdevelopment,relatedsupportinginfrastructureandtheconstructionoflawsandregulations,analyzestheproblemsinhighereducationservicetradeandproposescorrespondingcountermeasures.TheresearchresultsinthisarticletellusthatChinashighereducationservicetradehasdevelopedinthepast20yearsandChinahasbecomeamajorimporterofhighereducationservicetrade,butitisnotastrongcountryinthisaspect.Therearemanyproblemsinitsdevelopment.Weshouldwidelylearnsomevaluableexperiencesfromothercountriesandimproverelevantlegalmechanismstopromotetheirhealthyandrapiddevelopment.
