    Technologiesforusewithahardwareproductandwhenproperlyinstalledonthathardwareproduct,arewarrantednotto

    failtoexecutetheirprogramminginstructionsduetodefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodof90daysfromdate

    ofdelivery.DuringthewarrantyperiodAgilentTechnologieswill,atitsoption,eitherrepairorreplaceproductswhich

    provetobedefective.AgilentTechnologiesdoesnotwarrantthattheoperationofthesoftware,firmware,orhardwareshall

    beuninterruptedorerrorfree.

    Forwarrantyservice,withtheexceptionofwarrantyoptions,thisproductmustbereturnedtoaservicefacilitydesignated

    byAgilentTechnologies.Customershallprepayshippingchargesby(andshallpayalldutyandtaxes)forproductsreturned

    toAgilentTechnologiesforwarrantyservice.ExceptforproductsreturnedtoCustomerfromanothercountry,Agilent

    TechnologiesshallpayforreturnofproductstoCustomer.
