一、《PLC控制技术》实训任务书(五)

题目:机械滑台工艺流程控制系统设计(B)

实训学生需要完毕2个基础实训项目和1个综合型自主实训项目的训练。

一、基础实训项目一:变频器对电机的运营控制

一)实训目的

1、进一步巩固掌握PLC基本指令功能的及其运用方法;

2、根据实训设备,纯熟掌握PLC的外围I/O设备接线方法;

3、掌握异步电动机变频调速原理,熟悉变频器的用法。

二)实训设备

PLC主机单元模块、电位器、MM440(或MM420)变频器、个人计算机PC、PC/PPI编程电缆。

三)工艺控制规定

使用变频器实现异步电动机的可逆调速控制,即可以电动机可正反向运营、调速和点动功能。参考电气原理图见教材p85,速度控制有两种方式:(1)由外接的电位器控
