II.FormationofContract
(I)OfferP104
Acontractmaybemadeinwritingororallyorevidencedbyothermeans.Generally,
acontractiscreatedwhenanofferisaccepted.
1.Definition
Anofferisaproposalbyonepersontoanotherindicatinganintentiontoenterintoa
contractunderspecifiedterms.That’stosay,anofferisadefinitepromisetobebound
onspecificterms.Articles14-17ofCISGprovidestherulesforthevalidity,
revocation,terminationandthetimeofeffectofanoffer.
2.Requirementsforavalidoffer(要约具备的三个条件)
