摘要

对于一个企业来说，企业的办公设备是企业的主要资产之一，随着企业的不断发展，企业的办公设备将不断增加，企业设备的管理成为企业管理中一个重要的部分。本系统主要是针对当前企业中的办公设备由于管理不善而造成设备流失或资源闲置情况而设计的一个企业设备管理系统。本系统经过实际的需求分析，采用功能强大的MicrosoftVisualStudio2005做为开发工具开发出来一款基于web的企业设备管理系统。

本系统采用了B/S体系结构，以MicrosoftVisualStudio2005作为前台开发工具，以MicrosoftSqlServer作为后台数据库管理系统进行开发。整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发，完成设备管理的全过程，包括设备基本信息管理、设备维护管理、设备调拨管理、设备报废管理、查询统计管理、系统管理几大功能模块。

本文通过分析，提出了一种利用ASP.NET技术进行开发系统的方案，以期达到功能强大，费用低廉，通用性强，适合我国国情的企业办公设备管理系统。本文详细的介绍了系统制作的整个过程。按照软件工程设计思想，采用生命周期法进行全程开发，包括需求分析，系统总体设计，系统详细设计等。

Abstract
